1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of damage, stains, or odor.

Before sending the item back, please contact our customer service team at contact@Trevona.store with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 10 days after the date of delivery.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please email our team before returning the original product.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please remember that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards and promotional bundles


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with clear photos and order details.
We’ll replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund depending on your preference.
